Balloons do not arrive filled with helium or air.You can take the helium-ready balloon to any helium supplier (local grocery store, party store, florist, etc.) and have it inflated with helium and attach a ribbon or string. There is a self-sealing valve.

Inflation is the customer’s responsibility.
Please do not overinflate. Living Clean Recovery Balloons is not responsible for damage caused during inflation or overinflation.
