Black Bouquet 2 includes one 18" printed foil balloon as well as 2 printed 12' latex balloons and 4 blank 12' balloons.
You can take the helium-ready balloon to any helium supplier (local grocery store, party store, florist, etc.) and have it inflated with helium and attach a ribbon or string. There is a self-sealing valve.
